Returns Policy

We at OBXstore.com want our customers to be 100% satisfied! If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us (252-473-4944) and we will be happy to assist you with a return or exchange, please do not send returns without prior authorization. All items MUST be in original condition (unworn, unwashed) with original packing materials and tags attached. If returned merchandise is not in original new condition, the items will be returned to you at the customers expense. You may return new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of product cost-less shipping. Customer pays for return shipping costs. IF the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). In this case return & order shipping & product cost will be refunded to customer.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper ( 3 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

Domestic Orders (U.S. Contiguous 48 States): In Stock domestic orders are shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days from our location in North Carolina. Orders are NOT shipped on Saturdays, Sundays, or Federal Holidays. If we receive your order after 12noon EST or on a weekend day or holiday, your in-stock order will ship out in the following 1-3 business days. If you need to receive your order by a specific date, please call or email us to check availability and delivery time, otherwise please allow up to 3 business days from the day your order ships out for delivery. Most items are shipped Priority Mail with an Express option available. Stickers are shipped first class mail. Please double-check your shipping information for accuracy before submitting your order to ensure timely delivery!

 

Free Pick Up

Free Local Pick Up from 717 Old Wharf Rd. Wanchese, NC 27981: If you have requested the Free Local Pick Up option as your preferred method please follow these steps for picking up your order. After placing your order emial us at grisale@aol.com or call us toll free at (855) 740-7921 or local (252) 473-4944 to schedule your appointment for pick up. Pick Ups are typically scheduled from Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm.
